The FourWeekMBA's Business Engineering School is kicking off with the Business Engineering Course, which will comprise the following curriculum:
Historical Development: in this section, you will understand and internalize how Business Modeling led to Business Engineering - by looking at the whole historical context that brought us from the Development of modern business strategy toward the transition into the digital/tech-driven business world.
Levels of Digitalization And Into Asymmetric Business Models: in this section, you will learn how digital transformation happens, by looking at asymmetric vs. symmetric business models and how companies develop their product, distribution and overall value proposition as they transition from traditional business models to tech business models.
The Business Engineering Methodology: in this section, you will be able to internalize the Business Engineering discipline, as developed by FourWeekMBA. Based on the methodology developed as the result of almost seven years of research into the topic.
Mindset, Tools, And Frameworks: in this section, you will learn all the essential tools, frameworks to utilize in analyzing, building, and growing tech businesses, together with the mindset required to become a Business Engineer.
Case Studies: in this section, you will learn from practical case studies how to apply all the things learned throughout the course, this will be a practical in-depth overview. How to set up market, and competitor analyses, as a Business Engineer. From there, you will be able to apply these concepts back in the real business world.
The course will comprise about 45 lectures, and it will include the Business Engineering Book (a 450-pages companion guide to Business Engineering).
For a total of over three hours and a half, the Business Engineering course will enable you to master the Business Engineering discipline and apply it back to your business, career, and analyses.
